Cancellation Policy
SamLab is sold in India as a one-time licence with an annual maintenance contract (AMC). There is no payment mandate and nothing to auto-cancel: you simply choose whether to renew your AMC each year.

1. Nothing to cancel
Your SamLab purchase is a one-time licence (with year-1 AMC included). We do not store your card and we never auto-charge it, so there is no mandate or subscription to cancel. You simply choose whether to renew your AMC when it comes due each year.
2. Stopping future charges
- Stop future AMC: just don’t renew when prompted — no action is needed and nothing is charged.
- Already-paid AMC is non-refundable for the period covered (see the Refund Policy).
3. After your AMC lapses
SamLab is offline-first, so the version you have installed keeps working. You stop receiving new releases, cloud services and priority support once the AMC lapses, and you can renew at any time to restore them.
