Cancellation Policy
SamLab is a one-time licence with an annual AMC — there is no recurring subscription or saved-card mandate, so there is nothing to auto-cancel. Here is what non-renewal means.

1. There is nothing to cancel
Your SamLab purchase is a one-time licence (with year-1 AMC included). We do not store your card or charge you on a recurring basis, so there is no auto-renewal to switch off. You simply choose whether to renew your AMC when it comes due each year.
- Stop future AMC: just don’t renew when prompted — no action is needed and nothing will be charged.
- Licence change / transfer / refund: write to support@samlab.in from your registered email, or use your account page, and we will help.
2. What non-renewal does
- No further charges — because there was never a recurring mandate.
- Your installed app keeps working. SamLab is offline-first, so the desktop stays usable through its built-in grace period; you simply stop receiving updates and priority support once the AMC lapses.
- Already-paid AMC is non-refundable for the period covered (see the Refund Policy).
3. After your AMC lapses
If you don’t renew, the SamLab desktop app and web dashboard will prompt you to renew to restore updates and support. Your data is retained per our standard data-retention practices, so you can resume any time by renewing.
4. Free trial
If you are still within the 7-day free trial, simply not subscribing ends the trial with no charge.
