Subscription & Recurring Billing Policy

SamLab Basic and Pro are offered as recurring subscriptions billed either monthly or yearly, at the price shown for the plan and billing period you select at checkout. By completing checkout you authorise an automatic payment mandate (e-mandate / card-on-file) through our payment provider, Razorpay.

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (every month for monthly plans, every year for yearly plans) using your authorised payment method.
• Each successful renewal extends your active licence by one billing period.
• Yearly billing is discounted relative to paying monthly; the exact amounts are always shown before you confirm.

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable presentation on the pricing page. The amount charged each cycle is fixed by the plan you subscribed to and will not change for an active subscription without prior notice. Taxes, if applicable, are handled as required by law.

If a renewal charge fails (for example, an expired card), your licence remains usable through its built-in grace period while the payment is retried. If payment ultimately cannot be collected, the licence lapses at the end of the paid period. You can update your payment method or re-subscribe at any time.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page, or by emailing support@samlab.in. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In particular, if a payment succeeds but a licence cannot be issued, the charge is refunded automatically.
