An in-product online payment link — sending a patient a pay-by-link for a pending bill — is on the roadmap and is not built. Note that Razorpay does power checkout on this website for buying SamLab itself; that is a different thing from your lab collecting from its patients through SamLab.

Can my lab send patients a payment link from SamLab?+
Not today. It is on the roadmap. Payments taken by any means can be recorded against the invoice now.
But I paid for SamLab through Razorpay — so it is integrated?+
That is this website’s checkout for purchasing the software, not a feature of the lab product. They are easy to confuse and worth separating.
What should I do in the meantime?+
Collect as you do now and record the mode against the invoice, which keeps the day-end reconciliation correct regardless of how the money arrived.
