WhatsApp is how Indian labs actually deliver reports. The patient gets a message with their report rather than making a second trip to the counter, which removes the single most common source of counter congestion in a busy lab.

No. They receive a normal WhatsApp message. Patients need nothing installed and nothing explained.
Can I send before the report is verified?+
Sending is tied to the finalised report deliberately. An unverified result reaching a patient is the kind of mistake that is very hard to walk back.
Does it work if the lab’s internet is down?+
Sending needs connectivity at that moment. Everything upstream — registration, result entry, report generation — does not, so work continues and delivery catches up.
